When we submit a bid on a job, we examine the relevant drawings (elevations, floor plans, roof plans, site plan). Then we discuss the project with the client to insure that we understand how the model is to be used, and what the client would like to see communicated in three-dimensional form. The cost of a model depends on:

• its overall size, scale, and scope;
• the complexity of the forms;
• the level of detail required;
• the use of special materials to simulate colors and textures of actual building materials.
• the inclusion of a wooden base and acrylic dust cover.
